My husband, James, and I are big Michigan Women’s Basketball fans.
- This year, Michigan was a top-ranked team for March Madness.
- They hosted the first two rounds of their bracket competition.
- We attended the games – and Michigan won both!
Recently we learned we made it into an ESPN promo for one of the games.
If you look at the photo above, it’s easy to see James with his big smile and bandana on his head.
I am the lovely sliver of orange next to his elbow in front of the man in blue.
- Can you see me?
- I look good, right?
Instead of being a good girl sharing news about James’s photo, I decided to claim MY presence instead on Facebook.
(Simply posting the photo with the claim alone made me giggle!)
Can a sliver of fame make a difference?
As of today, almost 100 people have interacted with that photo – liking, loving, wowing and more!
That’s two or three times normal interaction – and there’s more!
- As a result, I’ve been interacting with some folks I haven’t talked to in years.
- Reopened a business door or two.
- So much fun!
Makes me think of successful women who want a more delicious life… Do you notice the micro opportunities that make you smile?
