Meet Cynthia D'Amour

My work is dedicated to:

  • The women raised as Good Girls

  • Who succeeded in spite of it

  • And now are tired of paying the price

  • Of feeling burned out, stressed out – and not valued for all they do.

They (perhaps you) may even wonder if this is all there is?

My answer is a loud and firm NO!

The Good Girl Rules running your life are simply outdated and do not serve you well.

You are working way harder than you need to – and missing out on much the juicy delight life has to offer as a result.

When you break free from the Good Girl rules, you do not become the dreaded Bad Girl – or a Bitch!

Instead, you are an empowered woman living a delicious life.

My name is Cynthia D’Amour.

I’m the author of Goodbye Good Girl: Because Successful Wome Deserve Delicious Lives

Delicious Lives often including:

  • Creating time to do what you love!
  • Less stress and burnout
  • Lots more fun in your life
  • Juicy relationships
  • And, interestingly, often the women I work with also get promoted and/or significant raises – without reverting to the mouse scrambling in the wheel mentality!

For the past 20 years, I have worked as a leadership strategist helping associations get more members involved.

I also coached executives and leaders on how to get more done with less effort.

During the same time, I often coached successful women on how to find love.

How did I get into that?

I met 300 men in 11 months – before Internet dating existed!

I married Mr. 301 – my husband James.

Friends demanded to know how the heck I met so many men so easily.

So I started teaching dating classes to help women meet their Perfect Partners and have continued to do so through the years.

I’m the author of nine books and a frequent keynote speaker at conferences and conventions.

Clients rave about my hands-on approach to helping participants learn.

I have a degree in marketing, a master’s plus in teaching – and an MBA in leadership.

I love to learn and read over 200 books last year.

I have performed improv in the area – including with my Modest Hawties troupe.

(I also also do a mean online improv program.)

This year, I started singing lessons.

I started out with a very rusty voice and barely any range.

(It was bad!)

I set a Giggle Goal to be a pop star diva.

(Why not? It’s good to think big – plus I’ve never been a diva before!)

I‘m still happily married to Mr. 301.

We have two girls – Ruby and GiGi.

(You might call them dogs.)

The four of us love being together on the front porch and supervising the neighborhood.

If you have a show you might like to have me on or perhaps have me speak at your event, you can reach me here.
