Stress almost took me out a few years thanks to dealing with aging parents combined with regular life challenges.

  • I was wound so tight, it was hard for my body to function.
  • And harder to think clearly.
  • Even wilder… I didn’t realize how bad it was until I took a belly dance class and could not pop my butt like everyone else could!

(I was in a state of perma-clench thanks to stress! Sooo scary!)

Once I realized what was going on, I researched like crazy to figure out how to unclench my body and my mind.

  • I took a series of small steps to release my brain and body.
  • (I was totally addicted to stress!)
  • Then, finally, I could reclaim my power – and I did!

Stress is going through the roof these days – plus a lot of people are lonely.

A dangerous combination that can feel like a hopeless free fall.

It’s time to change all that!
