Our audience will be primarily women – but still have some men in the room. Is that a problem?

No. While the focus will be on helping women be more empowered, men can still learn a lot too. The skills are relevant to all.

For more than 20 years, Cynthia has been getting audiences on their feet to work with the skills she is teaching.

Cynthia is a master at creating a safe space so practicing skills feels good whether introverts or extraverts – as well as for audiences of all sizes – from 20 to 2,000!

The hands-on experience helps to anchor what participants are learning – making them more likely to use what they learn right away.

Can Cynthia do a keynote as well as a break-out?

Yes. She frequently does that. It gives your participants a chance to go deeper with Cynthia and get exposed to more potential ways to apply what they learn.

Note: If you have Cynthia do a breakout after her keynote, you’ll probably need a bigger room than usual. Cynthia is a dynamic speaker and many of your attendees will want more time with her.

I want Cynthia to lead a full-day or multiple-day event for us. Does she do that?

Can Cynthia do a virtual program?

Of course. Cynthia was an early adapter for virtual learning. She’s been providing webinars, live coaching, mind mapping and more for over 20 years virtually.

Can I record Cynthia’s program for later use?

No. Cynthia’s hands-on approach is fabulous when you are participating (in person or virtually) and makes for a very poor viewing experience.

Cynthia also moves around the room a lot making it difficult to capture her well on video.

Cynthia is based in Ann Arbor, MI and flies out of DTW – Detroit.  Cynthia prices her programs a travel inclusive way to make it easier for you. You will need to arrange hotel for her.
