In a recent Business Insider article, Jeff Bezos shared his secret sauce for the work-life balance challenge.
Fascinatingly, he agrees with ME!
Jeff doesn’t like the term “work-life balance.”
Instead, he prefers work-life harmony.
This is the idea that when one is happy at work, one tends to be happy at home.
- And when happy at home, you tend to be happy at work.
- Life is a circle.
This is basically the same thing I teach successful women who want to break free from the never-ending stress of the Good Girl Rules.
- When work is easier because Good Girl Rules no longer cause you to struggle unnecessarily, you come home with more energy to do the things you love.
- AND, when you choose a Delicious Life at home, you are happier and more well-rested, so work becomes easier.
It’s one big DELICIOUS circle.
I feel almost famous for being so aligned with Mr. Jeff Bezos!
